The first and most critical step of the process, giving us the information we need to provide you with a quick diagnosis and repair.
Once we received your product at our workshop. Our technician will perform a complete evaluation and we will send you a detailed quote describing the problems, solutions, price and pictures.
The moment you accept the quote, we will proceed with the rebuild of the product. Several solutions might apply, such as taper grind, dynamic balancing and replacement of major parts etc
After the repairs are done, our technician will perform a run-in of the product on our test bench along with multiple final tests. Following completion we will return your product as requested.
